Company “Right Solution”, which conducts geological study of subsurface amber resources in the Zhytomyr Region, intends to employ hundreds of local residents, arrange the infrastructure in the region and build an electric power station.

“Right Solution” intends to enter the market with a number of social investments, including the construction of regional infrastructure and creation of new working places, repairing of the road and building of an electric power station.
Now, it means employing about 40-50 persons per one site for geological study with research-and-commercial development. In the event of organising production, this figure will increase several times.
