On August 26, 2016, the “Right Solution” Company obtained 3 special permits for research-and-commercial development of amber: No 4784 for the Zamyslivska Area, No 4785 for the Strilka Area and No 4786 for the Right Bank (Pravoberezhna) Area. And as soon as on September 16 of the same year, an agreement of the execution of the geological study project and the geological-and-economic assessment of these 3 licensed areas was concluded.

October 28, 2016 – an agreement of execution of a topographical plan, scale 1: 5000, based upon actual space images of 3 licensed areas was concluded.
September 19, 2016 - an agreement of drilling works was concluded (it had been executed from November 2016 till February 2017 in the Zamyslivska area).
November 01, 2016 - an agreement of the implementation of geological support was concluded.
January 17, 2017 - inspection of lands, damaged due to the illegal extraction of amber, by the Zhytomyr branch of the State Institution “Derzhgruntokhorona” was carried out, and agrochemical passports for the damaged areas were executed.
January 20, 2017 - an agreement of the execution of a working project of the research-and-commercial development of the Zamyslivska area was signed.
March 09, 2017 - technical expert examination of the working project of the Experimental-industrial development of the Amusement Area of ​​the Amber "Zhytomyr Expert-Technical Center of the State Labor".

March 28, 2017 – an agreement of conducting an expert examination of the evaluation of the influence of the working project “Research-and-commercial development of the Zamyslivska amber deposit area” on environment was concluded; the expert examination was conducted.  

April 03, 2017 - State Enterprise “Rivne Research and Design Institute of Land Management” developed a working land management project concerning reclamation of land owned by citizens within the area of the Zamyslivska village council.
